Looking for the resting place of my infant son, Richard J. Decker Jr. b. 17 Apr 1957; he died while I was stationed at Dow AFB. There doesn't appear to be any death certificate issued by the State of Maine. He only survived for a short time - apparently the hospital took care of the remains.
