Maine residents are more than familiar with the shut down days being imposed upon state workers following the budget crunch being experienced by the state government. For those living out of state or for those in Maine who may not be familiar with all the dates, please make note of the following days when the state offices, which includes the Archives and State Library, will be closed in 2011 so you can plan your trips accordingly.
